Campus Events

Here are some events that me and ricky though of...we are kinda stuck. Help much appreciated


Conventions announcements
Letters from the President (we can write a sample letter)
Organize tabling days in Chinatown or Viet town or markets or Asian churches
Build Coalitions with other groups to disperse volunteers
Festivals and holidays (Mothers Day Festival for Buddhism In early August)
-Freshman Info Sessions: Asian Clubs can give out pamphlets and we can station one person there to talk about voting.

-Use campus TV to air advertising

-Try at least one info session where we offer free food and such

-Political concerts or small performances

-Local politicians speaking or coming to campus

-Going to organization eboard meeting and informing them first about our cause

Hold a debate/open forum concerning Asian American Issues...any org can participate as long as it stays within topic
